Harassment/Bullying
The River Valley School district frowns upon any harassment or bullying by anyone on school grounds. Members of the school district community or third parties who believe they have been
unlawfully harassed are entitled to file a complaint. The first step in filing a complaint is to contact the building administration. If the complaint is against that administration the Superintendent of schools may be contacted at 756-9541 or 426-4415 (extension 1075).

Process for Determining LD Eligibility
For determining the existence of a Specific Learning Disability (SLD) in Special Education our district will use a process of analyzing a Pattern of Strengths and Weaknesses. For more detailed information on this process please consult the Berrien Regional Education Service Agency web site.
