Mrs. Gedert – preschool: This week’s RV Pride goes to Lukas and Hannah. Lukas showed us all what an outstanding counter he is! Lukas counted all the way to 100!!! He never even missed a number! Awesome job Lukas! In our PM class, Hannah has been showing us how she Loves our School by doing a fabulous job keeping our room clean. Hannah does a very thorough job when cleaning up the housekeeping center. She organizes the dishes and puts them all in the right spot! Thanks Hannah!

Mrs. Ackerman – kindergarten: Jayden is making great progress in Mrs. Ackerman’s kindergarten class! He has earned RV Pride by doing his best sitting with his legs and arms correctly on the rug with the whole class. He is also doing a great job reading his books!! He cleans up very well during clean up time, proving he loves our school! Keep working hard and doing your best work Jayden!! We are so proud of you!

Mrs. Korbel – kindergarten: RV Pride for Mrs. Korbel's Kindergarten goes to Devon. After report card testing this week I am blown away by Devon's progress! Devon has learned all of his letters and sounds and is ready to begin reading. I am especially excited that Devon feels confident in himself and is super excited to be learning. Devon enjoys playing with the trains and building toys during choice time. He is very helpful in the classroom and shows he "Cares for Others" daily. Great job Devon!

Miss Lynch – kindergarten: This week, Miss Lynch would like to celebrate a star student, Zen! Zen has been working so hard in the classroom, proving that he can do his personal best on each task or assignment. He shows respect by following directions and setting a great example for the other students in the class. He is kind and caring to his classmates and a great friend. We love having Zen in our classroom; he makes all of our days a little brighter!

Mrs. Haughey – first grade: This week RV Pride goes to Elise. She is always willing to help others in any way that she can. She has been patient and comforting to the new students that we have in our class. She works very hard on being the best reader that she can be. She has worked on including great expression in her voice as she reads a passage. Her writing is filled with details and expression and she is willing to work hard to make it better. Keep up the great work Elise.

Mrs. McDonnough – first grade: My pick for this week is Abby! She is an all-around great person to work with. Abby is very considerate of others and always looking for ways to help me and her fellow classmates. She can be a bit shy at first but once you get to know her you realize what a great Mustang she is!

Mrs. Martin – first grade: This week Eli and Trisha are being nominated for their outstanding participation in the classroom. Eli and Trisha doing an amazing job in everything they do. They are publishing stories that are creative and have lots of details in them. They are working hard to their presentation and style. Thank you for always giving your personal best and showing kindness to others everyday Mary!

Mrs. Schmaltz – fourth grade: If you want a task completed, ask a hard-working person to complete it and it will certainly get done. Just ask Brittany and Danielle! These two girls are two of the most productive students I have ever seen! They give new meaning to the expression, "Keep your nose to the grindstone." These girls will go the extra mile to complete what it is they set out to accomplish, and because of this, their schoolwork reflects their effort! They certainly do their best! Keep up the good work girls.

Mrs. Ringler – fourth/fifth grade: Brandon is a FANTASTIC FOURTH GRADER! Every day you see him doing his best, caring for others and loving his school! Brandon is a reading machine. He has read 15 books and earned 27 points for this goal already. Brandon always studies for tests, does his homework, and is always prompt and prepared. He is organized and takes care of responsibilities. Because of this, Brandon is Mrs. Ringler’s RV Pride Student this week. Here are some things Brandon would like you to know about himself. “Spending time with my family is my favorite thing to do,” says Brandon. “I like to go shopping and go out to dinner and play video games. My favorite thing to eat is my mom’s chili. My favorite video game is Mario. My favorite TV show is Johnny Test . My role model is my Aunt Susan because she was nice and a lot of fun to spend time with. We made videos together.” Throughout life we all look forward to what we want to be when we grow up. Brandon would like to be a builder when he grows up. He’d like to build barns and garages. Everybody always has something nice to say about Brandon. “Brandon is always nice to other people and he plays with everyone,” says Cooper. “Brandon is a very good friend and he and I have a lot in common,” adds Felix. Keep up the good work, Brandon! We are very Proud of YOU!
