Softball / Baseball Live Play-by-Play

Radio Harbor Country has announced that they will provide live play by play broadcasts featuring softball and baseball teams from River Valley, New Buffalo, and Bridgman on two dates in May.  These special  radio doubleheaders will feature a girls softball game first, followed by a boys baseball game.  Thursday, May 3 will feature the River Valley Mustangs playing host to the Bridgman Bees, with the first pitch scheduled for 4:30.  On Tuesday, May 15, the Mustangs will play host to the New Buffalo Bison, with a 4:15 first pitch.  The broadcast of the boys baseball games will begin shortly after the conclusion of the girls softball games. 

Hall of famer Ray Foster will provide the play by play, with color commentary by several area guests.

Athletic Physicals

The Southwest Medical Clinic will be offering athletic physicals for the 2012-2013 school year on Tuesday, June 5, 2012.  They will be held at River Valley Middle/High School beginning immediately after school.  The physical would include all sports for next school year.

In order to participate in a sport or to begin practice your child MUST have a physical and your insurance information MUST be on file.

Advance registration with pre-payment is going on now in the RVMHS library. Cost is only $25.  Checks should be made payable to: Southwest Medical.
