We will also have some grand guest speakers. Most Fridays will be “Free-Fridays”; you will get class credit if you decide as a group what you want to prepare. You will be responsible for bringing in your own supplies each Friday. We also hope to raise funds for a class trip in the spring. Job shadowing each semester is a requirement of the class. And…you are welcome to join the Culinary Club—we tour local restaurants and sample their fare.
