Culinary Arts is a very dynamic class. We will learn various culinary skills (knife skills, garnishes, the science of baking, etc.) from a combination of hands on activities and book work. You will be responsible for bringing in your own supplies each Friday. We also hope to raise funds for a class trip in the spring. And…you are welcome to join the Culinary Club—we tour local restaurants and sample their fare.
