Pythagorean Theorem
The Pythagorean Theorem is a formula that helps find the missing sides of right-angled triangles. a2 + b2 = c2
- c is the hypotenuse, or side of the triangle opposite of the right angle
- a and b are the sides that are adjacent to the right angle (and are also the shorter sides of the triangle).
