Date: Tuesday, October 21, 2025
Start Time: 3:15 PM
End Time: 4:30 PM
Location: MHS Library
As the on-site contact, I'll be available or easily accessible for any questions or if participants need access to a copier.
Important Details
- All participants must complete a registration sheet.
- Children must have a parental consent form if receiving a flu shot.
- Minimum age: 9 years old.
- Everyone must bring a copy of their insurance card (front and back).
Action Needed
If possible, please fill out this form by Thursday, October 16, if you are interested so we can gauge interest and prepare accordingly.

Oaktoberfest is the RV Mustang Foundation's largest fundraiser of the year and features great food, entertainment, and fun. Oaktoberfest is at the Three Oaks American Legion on September 12 to 14.
Festival hours are: 6 to 10 p.m. on Friday, September 12; noon to 10 p.m. Saturday, September 13; and noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday, September 14.
